displays two dates, o + v

The first date is the 'original date' (can be "unknown");
the second date is the 'vectorization date' (for SVG files),
or the 'this version' date.

Usage

Parameter	Description		Default	Status
`1`	original date	date in ISO format: e.g. `1959-05-26` or `1972-03` or `2016`	empty	suggested
`2`	second date	date in ISO format: e.g. `1982-06-29` or `1991-04` or `2017`	empty	required
`3`	string	text to be displayed for 1^st date, "-" to suppress	Original	optional
`4`	string	text to be displayed for 2^nd date	this version	optional

Nationalization of the words "Original" and "Vectorization"
