:::Strongly suggest that "will be" be replaced by "is set to be" or the equivalent. [[WP:CRYSTAL]] applies here to a certain extent: something could happen in the Philippines to change next year's election provider between now and then—it might even revert to the previous provider, however unlikely that seems at the moment—and "will be" is a definite prediction of the future while "is set to be" simply says that this is what's expected as of today.
