If I decided to edit the horse breeding article, it would be inappropriate since I already stipulated that I do not know anything about horse breeding. Are you suggesting that it is okay for people to edit content that they haven't the first clue about? If you agree, then maybe I should start modifying parts of the article that I don't know much about - i.e. the history section. That way, you can spend time explaining obvious things to me. It is a complete copout to request someone to utilize WP:resolvingdisputes when someone shouldn't have been making a particular edit in the first place. Wikipedia relies on experts, or at the very least, people who are competent and knowledgable about what they are editing. Dandan's latest contribution breeches this philosophy.
