Per WP:DUCK, almost certainly a sock of Lilcilla2287, who was probably editing previously as 74.46.70.189. Repeated attempts to remove negative but sourced BLP info from Sean McMorrow, repeated attempts to get the editor to take it to Talk were ignored until Alexf blocked Lilcilla2287 for edit-warring.
