Yair Golan, U.S. European Command deputy commander, Army Lt. Gen. William Garrett, Commander of 3rd Air Force, Lt. Gen. Timothy Ray, visited the Juniper Cobra 16 exercise site in Israel, February 24, 2016. The group toured the different training areas within Israel and met both Israeli and U.S. service members and civilians participating in this year’s exercise. Juniper Cobra is a biennial exercise that trains on the ballistic missile defense, crisis resupply, foreign disaster response, and foreign humanitarian assistance using computer simulations.
