Thank you for providing images to the commons. Please keep in mind that images and other files on the commons must be under a free license and should be useful to the wikimedia projects. To allow others to use your files, some additional information must be given on the description page. Most importantly:

• Describe what it is about in a short sentence. (What does the image show?)
• State the author and the date of creation. If you made it yourself, say so explicitly. If it is from another wikipedia user link his local user page.
• If you did not create the file yourself, state the source you got it from.
• Add a Copyright tag - images without a appropriate license tag will be deleted.
• Add the image to one or more gallery pages and/or appropriate Categories, so it can be found by others.

If you copied the file from another wiki, please copy all information given there and say who uploaded it to that wiki.

It is recommended to use Template:Information to put that information on the description page. Have a look at Template talk:Information for details of the use of this template.

Please add as much information as possible. If there is not sufficient information, the file may have to be deleted. I have removed the bad name template from this image because the link doesn't exist. The new image is uploaded over the old image, they are two different versions of 1 image at the moment. 1. 「各市区町村ごと」と仰いましたが、都道府県別だけで十分ではないでしょうか？それも肥大化しているのならば、下位カテゴリを更に作っていくことに反対しませんが、1つか2つしか鉄道駅がない自治体にまでカテゴリを作る必要性があるのかどうかは、個人的には 懐疑的です。
2. カテゴリのソートに駅ローマ字（ナンバリング指定されている駅では番号）を挿入しています とは、どのようなことをなさっていくという意味でしょうか？駅ごとのカテゴリを作っていくうえで、駅ナンバーでソートすることなのか、それとも駅ナンバーを含めたカテゴリ名を作ることなのか、混乱してしまいすんなり理解できませんでした…。それとも、両方なのでしょうか？

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

はじめまして、PRIMENON と申します。4年前に Araisyohei さんが撮影した File:Omiya-Station-2005-9-11 1.jpgについて、今更なのですが相談に乗っていただけませんでしょうか。

最近、私がエキュート内の写真を拡充しようと思い、大宮駅のエキュート敷地内で写真撮影していたところ、警備員の方から「写真撮影する場合はエキュートに許可を得てください」と注意されました。確かに、エキュート案内図の横に商品の撮影はご遠慮くださいという注意書きがありました。

Araisyohei さんが撮影された時期は、エキュートが開店して間もなかったため写真撮影者への注意を控えていたのかもしれません。ただ、現時点で写真撮影に許可が必要であるということは、撮影時期に関係なくこの写真においても許可が無ければウェブサイトにアップロードできない可能性があります。4年前の写真に目くじらを立てるのは個人的に気が進まないのですが、Araisyohei さんはどのようにお考えでしょうか。

警備員の方が話していた使用許可について、運営元のエキュート大宮に問い合わせて反応を待っているところです(こういった話にちゃんと反応してくれるか微妙なところですが)。話によれば、撮影の許可云々についてパンフレット等を配っておらず、エキュート内の案内図等に表示しているとのことで、その他のことについてはエキュートに確認して欲しいとのことです。関連ウェブサイトをくまなく探しましたが、そのような記載は見つかりませんでした(書いてあるのはウェブサイト上のコンテンツに関する著作権のみ)。[2][3]。

個人的には、許可云々が必要なのであれば、ウィキペディアでは利用できないのではないかと思います。個人のウェブサイトで使用するのであれば、個人の責任になるだけですが、ウィキペディアという大きなプロジェクトとなると、そうも言ってられないのではないかなと。

同大宮駅には、同じ商業施設としてDilaがあります。私が写真撮影したのはエキュートのみなので、Dilaについての確証はありませんが、同様にウィキペディアプロジェクトで使用するには好まないように思います(Dila については Araisyohei さんは関係ないかもしれません)。
