In this case, please use the my latest version because it's significantly smaller in size.

<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="900" height="600" viewBox="0 0 6 4">
<rect fill="#096" width="6" height="4"/>
<rect fill="#F06" width="6" height="3"/>
<rect fill="#06C" width="6" height="1"/>
</svg>

You may also think about using the Web-safe approximation of that Pantone color which would give you the following:

{{color|w|{{0}}#06C{{0}}|bg=#06C}}
{{color|w|{{0}}#C03{{0}}|bg=#C03}}
{{color|w|{{0}}#096{{0}}|bg=#096}}

However, both the approximation and the Pantone color itself are rather crimson than raspberry, yet this is still way better than pink which is extremely inaccurate.

Colors

Hello! Regarding the colors. I chose the closest Web-safe colors (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/archive/d/da/20231003115704%21Flag_of_Kuban_People%27s_Republic.svg) to the ribbon which was used withing the White Movement:

0#06C0 0#F060 0#0960

Continuing here, Viktor Lomantsov sent an email to the "main flagmaker company" in Krasnodar Krai since me and him were trying to pin down the colors. The brandbook doesn't have a consruction sheet and the only illustration of the flag in it is a drawing taken from Wikipedia. While it has a page of colors it doesn't say which are used on the flag; but there is a really nice shade of raspberry red that I used (Pantone 185 XGC) since it's the only thing I can actually verify, with the shade of blue and green being a complete mystery to us both. You may also think about using the Web-safe approximation of that Pantone color which would give you the following:

0#06C0 0#C030 0#0960

However, both the approximation and the Pantone color itself are rather crimson than raspberry, yet this is still way better than pink which is extremely inaccurate.
