File is marked as {{Not-PD-US-URAA}}, but the URAA obviously does not apply.

The work is a 1991 image from Italy, with no license. Italy joined the Paris Universal Copyright Convention in 1980... per Article 2 of that treaty, the work received the same protection in the US as it would have if it was a US-source work.

Per the Hirtle chart, as a work published outside of the US after 1 March 1989, the US copyright term is "70 years after the death of author, or if work of corporate authorship, 95 years from publication". - Reventtalk 01:12, 3 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment: Not the fault of the uploader, though. The licensing section written by the uploader stated CC BY-SA 4.0 + OTRS pending + PD-Italy, before the section was incorrectly changed by other users and an admin incorrectly stated that OTRS was not needed. The licensing section should be restored to its original form [1]. So, the real question is if there was actually a permission for the CC license. -- Asclepias (talk) 17:40, 5 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Asclepias: Indeed, not the uploader's fault. I'm running searches on OTRS to see if I can find a ticket. - Reventtalk 20:25, 5 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Searching on "Pegasus", "naviearmatori", and "armatori", I'm not finding anything. - Reventtalk 20:31, 5 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
