This file was initially tagged by TheDragonFire as Copyvio (SD) and the most recent rationale was: F1 (Apparent copyright violation)
- TheDragonFire rightfully points that the file is not explicitely licensed as CC BY 3.0 on the ticket. The copyright holder gave us the right "to use the picture anyway(sic) that we may need" and post for others to use for free. He does ask to be credited.
Problematic points:
- It doesn't convey the right to modify the work
- The right for reusers to have the same rights that we are given seems to be intended, but isn't explicit.
Although this is a 2009 ticket, it seems worth to attempt clarifying these points.
