This file was initially tagged by Howcheng as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Clearly not "own work" as claimed, but a product of the Baku Metro. Heavily used 2015 upload, should be discussed. King of ♥ 17:24, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

See Commons:Deletion requests/File:Bakı Metropoliteni konseptual inkişaf sxemi.jpg for another map image downloaded from the the Baku Metro website. holly {chat} 17:36, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Greetings,
I am Ramin Hasanalizade, a graphic designer from Baku, Azerbaijan. In 2015, I created a map for Baku Metro, which has become the official map of the metro system. If you are interested in the process of creating this map, you can find it on my Behance account.

I want to clarify that the map was available for free download on the official Baku Metro website until recently and that I have not violated any rights by sharing it here.
Best regards,

@Hasanalizade: Two things:
  1. Can you confirm that you have not transferred the copyright in this map to anyone else?
  2. Currently the license on https://www.behance.net/gallery/24733107/Official-map-of-the-Baku-Metro is non-commercial, which is not accepted on Commons. Could you remove that restriction on your Behance page?

Deleted: per COM:PCP, map is under a noncommercial license which is not compatiable with Commons. --Abzeronow (talk) 18:42, 18 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
