The painting on the depicted bus is clearly above COM:TOO and thereby copyrightable. Unfortunately, France, where this shot was taken, has no usable freedom-of-panorama exception. So, a permission by the painter is required or the image needs to be deleted. -- Túrelio (talk) 13:47, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Keep Photo of Solaris. It appears that this is the standard livery of the bus that unfortunately happens to be in France. It's likely that we can't find another photo of the rear of a Solaris Urbino 8.9LE electric (the model of the bus) operated by this bus operator without this livery, so I suppose that per here, "A livery is utilitarian as a standard thing for identifying the operator." There is also consensus at COM:VPC that special liveries for aircrafts (which are way above even US TOO) can be uploaded here, so I can imagine that for buses this can apply as well. As for the baby(?) picture I think we either blur it out or apply COM:DM since it takes up a small portion. The blurred version I did is over here if anyone wants to replace it.
Neutral for others. Both of these appear to be advertisement wraps instead of liveries, so this seems to be a grey area. However the Citaro G picture appears to be the only free picture (at least from I can find in that category) of the First-Generation non-facelifted model of the Citaro G from that city, so I'm leaning towards keep but I'll let a second opinion decide. The Setra S215UL appears to be more in the blackish-grey area, but it is possible to invoke the "incidental inclusion" principle (in the VPC discussion above, as well as another discussion here), so again a second opinion.
By the way, note to nominator @Túrelio the two photos at the bottom aren't tagged with the deletion template. S5A-0043Talk 07:11, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Similar problem with:

Deleted: per nomination: 1, clearly the main subject is the painting. Kept 2, whih look like standard livery. --Yann (talk) 11:17, 24 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
