Just signed up to be a Wikipedian, so do not know how to edit titles and picture captions yet. Both the title, and caption, of this picture are incorrect. The graph is representing Finn's "knowledge" of other EU languages, apart from English. The English language phrase "Knowledge of foreign languages" implies all foreign languages. The caption should specify Finn's knowledge of official EU languages (excluding English). The graph should either include English, or be retitled
