During its board meeting, Zee Media decided to explore potential fundraising options through all allowable instruments, as stated in a regulatory filing. The board approved the potential to raise funds up to Rs 200 crore in one or multiple tranches, contingent on obtaining the necessary shareholder, regulatory, and statutory approvals.

Nifty ended Wednesday session 147.5 points higher and formed a new peak at 23,889 level to form a long bull candle on the daily charts. Three such back to back candles indicate the formation of a ‘3 Advancing Soldiers' type pattern which signals upside continuation for the short term.
The present upside momentum could find resistance at the highs of around 24000-24100 levels (1.786% Fibonacci extension of crucial bottom/top/bottom of 2020-2022) and one may expect next round of consolidation or minor weakness to emerge from the highs. Immediate support is at 23650 levels, said Nagaraj Shetti of HDFC Securities.

Inox Green Energy Services to raise Rs 1,050 crore
Inox Green Energy Services announced its board's approval to raise Rs 1,050 crore through equity and convertible warrants. The plan includes issuing 2.89 crore equity shares at Rs 138 each (including a Rs 128 premium) to non-promoter entities, totaling Rs 400 crore. Additionally, the company plans to issue 4.48 crore convertible warrants at Rs 145 each (including a Rs 135 premium), allowing holders to subscribe to equity shares, aiming to raise Rs 650 crore from both promoters and non-promoters in phases.

Nifty Bank hits fresh record highs; here are key levels to watch out for on Thursday
The Nifty Bank closed in the green for the third consecutive day on Wednesday to hit fresh record highs. The index rose 264 points to close at 52,870 while the Nifty50 rose 147 points to close at 23,868.
Rupee falls tracking weak Asian peers, traders eye index inclusion
On Wednesday, the Indian rupee ended a three-session streak of gains due to weakness in other regional currencies and increased demand for dollars from importers towards the end of the month.
The rupee closed at 83.5700 against the U.S. dollar, down from 83.4325 in the previous session.

The rupee fell by more than 0.11 rupees to 83.55, pushed down by a significant rise in crude prices, which have increased by more than 12% this month in June. Additionally, the dollar index has been rising due to the Federal Reserve's comments on holding back on rate cuts given the mixed economic data. The rupee is expected to trade within a range of 83.45 to 83.65.

Slight pressure on margins due to slow deposit growth and higher costs of deposits are unlikely to impact the bottom line significantly. From the valuation perspective, PSU banks now provide buying opportunities. Q1 results of financials, oil and gas, capital goods, automobiles, select pharma and telecom will be good. FMCG and IT will post subdued numbers as expected. There are green shoots in IT and, therefore, it presents a contra buying opportunity for long-term investors."

The 30-stock S&P BSE Sensex reached a new peak of 78,164.71, rising by 824 points or 0.87%, while the broader Nifty hit a lifetime high of 23,754.15, gaining 216 points or 0.91%. The Sensex closed at 78,053, up 712 points or 0.92%, and the Nifty ended at 23,721, up 183 points or 0.78%.
