DLF shares gain 0.24% as Sensex rises

Shares of the DLF Ltd. traded at Rs 826.6 on BSE at 01:29PM (IST) on Monday, up 0.24 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 461.55 and a high of Rs 967.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 74.92 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 11.02 per share and 5.64 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 23,547 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:29PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 204312.23 crore and is part of the Real Estate industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 70.42 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 26.78 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 831.5 and Rs 820.0.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 74.08 per cent in the company as of 31-Mar-2024. FII and MF ownership in DLF Ltd. stood at 16.53 per cent and 3.5 per cent, respectively.
