White Birches is a residential area in the city of New Rochelle, in Westchester County, New York. The area is located within the larger Wykagyl section of the city, bordered by Stratton Hills on the north, the Hutchinson River Parkway on the south, Maplewood on the west, and Quaker Ridge on the east
