Robitussin is a brand of cold and cough medicines produced by Wyeth Consumer Healthcare. Robitussin products are available over the counter in many countries worldwide, including the United States and Thailand. The cough suppressant used in Robitussin products is dextromethorphan. The expectorant used is guaifenesin.

It has somewhat achieved genericized trademark status with the likes of other brand names such as Kleenex.

There is also a Sugar Free Robitussin, which went on the markets for the first time in 2001. This product is made by Whitehall-Robins Healthcare, located in Madison, New Jersey. Other than the lack of sugar, the ingredients are the same as in regular Robitussin.

Robitussin is sometimes taken in high doses by recreational drug users for its dextromethorphan, which has hallucinogenic effects (sometimes colloquially known as a "robotrip'"). For more information, see Non-medical use of dextromethorphan.
