Ms. Sara Bellum

Sara Bellum is a fictional character in the Cartoon Network animated series "The Powerpuff Girls". She is the assistant of the Mayor of Townsville and her face never is seen.

Ms. Sarah Bellum is the competent, sexy and intelligent assistant of the Mayor of Townsville, who does everything for him, like writing his speeches for him, remembering the things which are important to him, and even spelling his name for him. The Mayor would be lost without Ms. Bellum. One could say that she is the one who really governs Townsville, although she never takes advantage of her position for her own benefit, and she is loyal to the Mayor.

In Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z, M. Sara Bellum has blonde hair and a white dress. Usually, Miss Bellum covers her face with a tablet computer, which has lipstick imprinted on it. While the mayor is different from his original counterpart, Miss Bellum in the anime does most of the mayor's work for him in a manner similar to the original Miss Bellum, and still appears to be the brains of the operation. Also, Fuzzy Lumpins has a crush on her, however, she does not reciprocate his feelings.
