Racialism is a term frequently used in white separatist literature, indicating a usage and concern with the relevance of race to various social issues. It is used in contrast to racism, because the claim is that separatists do not believe themselves superior to other races, or hate other races - they merely believe that race does matter.

Most observers of white separatism and many members themselves say that this term is actually a euphemism for white supremacy because there is no apparent difference in the goals of the separatists and of the supremacists.
