Alexandra Anna Daddario^[1] (born March 16, 1986)^[2] is an American actress and fashion model. She is perhaps best known for portraying Annabeth Chase in the films Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Sea of Monsters. She has also appeared in The Squid and the Whale,^[3] All My Children, The Babysitters, The Attic, The Hottest State, White Collar, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Bereavement, Texas Chainsaw 3D, and True Detective.

Daddario had her first television role at the age of 16, when she played victimized teen Laurie Lewis in All My Children. She starred as Annabeth Chase in the 2010 fantasy-adventure film Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief. In 2011, she co-starred in the comedy film Hall Pass, and had a recurring role as Rachel, a receptionist at The Luncheonette, on the NBC series Parenthood.

In 2012, Daddario starred in the music video for Imagine Dragons' "Radioactive". In August 2013, she appeared on an episode of Chelsea Lately to promote Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Sea of Monsters and talk about life before her acting career. She starred in the 2013 slasher film Texas Chainsaw 3D.^[4]

In 2014, Daddario garnered much attention for her role as Lisa Tragnetti on the HBO series True Detective.^[5]

She has two siblings, sister Catharine^{[citation needed]} and brother Matthew who is also an actor.^[6]
