The Kasilof River is a river on the western Kenai Peninsula in southern Alaska at about 60° 23' North 151&deg 18' West. It begins at Tustumena Lake and flows northwest to the Cook Inlet in the Kasilof area.

The name Kasilof or Kasilov is from a Russian surname.
