Roger Kerr is the executive director of the New Zealand Business Roundtable, the neo-liberal thinktank representing the interests of CEOs of New Zealand's largest businesses.

In 2004 it was reported that Kerr had chased a female ACT New Zealand member of Parliament, Deborah Coddington, across the grounds of parliament. It was reported that the Diplomatic Protection Squad had become involved in the incident.
