Wikiproject

Hi, I see you've contributed a lot to The Asatir, would you be interested in joining a wikiproject on oral tradition? Kowal2701 (talk) 18:07, 25 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Kowal2701: Thanks for the offer, but before I decide to join such a project, I would like to hear more about the project and what exactly it entails. It may or may not be for me. Davidbena (talk) 19:02, 25 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You can read this discussion with the WP council people, it'd likely be a sub project of WP:Anthropology. There's still a lot to formulation to do, but it'd effectively be about creating and improving articles involving oral tradition. Sorry I can't give more info, I'm still messaging people, once I'm done I'll ping everyone to a discussion about the project Kowal2701 (talk) 19:12, 25 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for Voluntary war

On 26 July 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Voluntary war, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that there is a rare circumstance in which Jewish soldiers are allowed to abandon kosher dietary laws? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Voluntary war. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Voluntary war), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
