Yosiwo George

Yosiwo George (July 24, 1941 – August 13, 2022) was a Micronesian politician currently served as the 8th Vice President of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) since 11 May 2015 until his death.

• This (Kahmar) bridge will become a symbol of our healthy great friendship between our two peoples (Federated States of Micronesia and China). This bridge will not only connect our governments and improve access to the inlands of Nett, but will also contribute to the economic and social development of Nett, Pohnpei more broadly, and the great friendship between the FSM and China.
