Table Space targets high growth, leases over 2.5 million sq ft across four cities

Synopsis

Table Space expands its presence in Indian cities by acquiring and leasing office spaces to meet the growing demand for managed workspaces. They aim to add more space in key metros and provide world-class workspace solutions.

Table Space, a managed office solutions firm, has recently leased over 2.5 million sq ft of flexible office space across four major Indian cities, to expand its portfolio to meet the growing demand for managed workspaces.

The new assets will come up across Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. In Chennai, Table Space has acquired two large Grade A properties - over 500,000 sq ft at Mapletree Global Infocity Park and 160,000 sq ft with DLF. Along with its existing asset, KRC Commerzone in Porur, the company now possesses three premium properties in the city.

In Mumbai, the company signed three new Grade A leases - 55,000 sq ft in Oberoi Commerz III, Goregaon, 200,000 sq ft at Runwal R-Square, Andheri, and 29,000 sq ft at the Raheja Altimus Worli. Table Space aims to add another 500,000 sq ft of managed workspace in Mumbai in the next 12 months, particularly catering to the BFSI, technology, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.

This is fueled by an influx of multi-national companies (MNCs), global capability centers (GCCs) and the larger industrial expansion driving an increase in demand for premium officesand custom managed solutions. Table Space has been a pioneer in Managed Office solutions and the expansion plans are in line with the positive and healthy outlook of the market.”

Table Space has also acquired 260,000 sq ft in Building 4, Mindspace IT park, with a growth option of an additional 250,000 sq ft in Hyderabad and . plans to secure an additional 500,000 sq ft over the next 12 months within the prominent HITEC City and Financial District, a micro market that has seen strong interest from clients.

In Bengaluru, the largest flex workspace market in India and one of the most mature Grade A office markets, Table Space has leased premium Grade A assets in the Central Business District (CBD) 55,000 sq ft at UB City and 100,000 sq ft at Cafe Coffee Day Square. The company has further plans to lease another 500,000 sq ft in the Whitefield area.
