SCB has one of the most ridiculously expensive online order brokerage fees! Not like their service is good. Even hard copy statements require money! In the past, at least the app was usable. Now, it's deliberately designed to inconvenience and irritate the hell out of you! The wordings are abnormally large & u need to click a series of dropdowns to see info. All in one screen no longer available. Am I supposed to have photogenic memory? All old alerts and watchlists have disappeared too. 🦍😠

Terrible UX design. The latest re-design just makes it pretty with usability and functionality thrown out. Terrible to use. Unable to view details of my portfolio at a single glance. The previous app wasnt great but it was functional. Absolutely hate it. Perhaps they should take some inspiration from other td ameritrade app.

Details of existing holdings show incorrect trade prices. Price reflected shows the price as of 14 July, not the actual trade price which was initially traded at. 2019 Updated with new features. A little messy for interface but gets the job done. Changing to 4 stars.

The average price for existing holdings can be edited as required using the SC Online Trading website.
You can click 'Details' on the portfolio 'Current' tab and click the checkbox in front of the transaction and choose the correct average price. This will update portfolio on all devices and show corresponding P&L based on current market data.
