As per a news report, Mukesh Ambani has gone all out to ensure that the wedding feast is unforgettable, featuring more than 2,500 dishes from various countries, including India. Among the plethora of culinary delights, one particular dish stands out, specially requested by Nita Ambani - Kashi’s chaat. As per the speculations in the news, here are some of the delicacies that national and international dignitaries will be savouring…

Varanasi’s ‘Tamatar ki Chaat’
Just last month, Nita visited the famous Kaashi Chaat Bhandar and tried some of their famous snacks Tamatar ki Chaat, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Palak Chaat and Kulfi Falooda. Nita was so impressed by the local chaats that she invited the shopkeeper to cater at Anant’s wedding. This authentic street food from Kashi will be a highlight amidst the array of national and international dishes, offering guests a taste of traditional Indian flavours.
