Only a small fraction of the funds we need to keep our doors open comes from the NHS. So we rely on the support of people, groups and businesses to help us provide the vital care local children and families depend on. Luckily, there are loads of ways you can help!

Without your support, we simply wouldn’t be here providing outstanding clinical care, short breaks, therapy and counselling, sibling support, end of life care and bereavement support. In doing so, we help families make the most of every moment and that makes a difference that lasts a lifetime.
There are lots of ways you can get involved – whether that’s by making a donation, fundraising or volunteering your time. Or you could take part in an event, take on a challenge or shop with us – in one of our shops or online. However you support us, every penny counts!

Alfie’s story
Born with a serious heart condition, Alfie still wants to do everything other boys his age get up to! Fortunately, Forget Me Not have been on hand since day one to help him and his family make the most of every moment
Poppy’s story
Diagnosed with ventriculomegaly, before she was born, Poppy was not expected to survive the pregnancy. But she's a very determined little girl. Now 5, she and the whole family is supported by Forget Me Not
Talia’s story
Talia is mum to Reggie and Albie. Very sadly, in 2020 Reggie passed away suddenly when he was just 5 months old. Here, she tells her story.
