  • For Hokkien, Douglas (1873/1899) notes that /--dê is sometimes heard after final ⟨-t⟩, such as with this term, chi̍t--ê > chi̍t--dê / chi̍d--dê,[1] although modern Pe̍h-ōe-jī (POJ) does not use the letter ⟨D⟩.
