Moshe Feinstein (bahasa Ibrani: משה פײַנשטיין‎; pengucapan Lituania: Moshe Faynshteyn; bahasa Inggris: Moses Feinstein;[1] 3 Maret 1895 – 23 Maret 1986) adalah seorang rabi, cendekiawan, dan posek (otoritas atas halakha—hukum Yahudi) Ortodoks Amerika Serikat. Ia disebut sebagai otoritas hukum Yahudi Ortodoks terkenal pada abad kedua puluh[2] dan aturan-aturannya sering kali durjuk dalam sastra rabinik kontemporer. Feinstein menjabat sebagai presiden Perhimpunan Rabi Ortodoks, Ketua Dewan Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah dari Agudath Israel of America, dan kepala Mesivtha Tifereth Yerusalem di New York.
