I spent 4 nights here and I found it to be a great deal, clean, decent amenities and the perfect location. The breakfast had everything one would need, they even packed me a "to go" meal since I departed very early for the airport. I read several complaints about the front desk, but they were always helpful from check in, helping me with Bolt and arranging an early taxi to the airport. The location was perfect and I very much enjoyed my stay in Vilnius.

One of the very best Novotel hotels I ever stayed at - very good quality and value for money. Highly recommend.

Excellent location in Vilnius Old Town (Vilniaus senamiestis) right on main street Gedimino Avenue (Gedimino prospektas) and overlooking the Vinco Kudirkos square (Vinco Kudirkos aikštė). Stayed there for two nights in December over new years in an Executive King room at the top floor with spectacular city view where you could see far away to the Cathedral and beyond. Bus stop right outside. Short distance to Gediminas Tower, Cathedral Square, McDonalds, Maxima supermarket and Occupation Museum. Very fresh, modern, well decorated, stylish and spacious room. Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable big bed and armchair with foot rest. Huge minibar with large selection. Kettle and cups with spoons and big selection of coffee and tea to make. Super big flat screen TV with many TV channels and possibility to connect and cast from smartphone but sadly only compatible with Android devices. Unfortunately all the Russian channels were blocked. Very large and spacious bathroom with full length bath tub where even above average length men like me (198 cm) fits comfortably. Also separate shower. Excellent toiletries, especially the hand cream/body lotion. Excellent staff, very friendly, polite and attentive, very knowledgeable and helpful really - which is quite unusual and very surprising for being in Vilnius and compared to other hotels and the general impolite grumpy Soviet style service which is common in various other establishments all over Lithuania. One of the best Novotel hotels I have stayed in. I was very impressed and very happy and satisfied. I can really recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again the next time I’m going to Vilnius. The nearby Radisson Blu Lietuva hotel where I used to frequent is rubbish compared to the Novotel Vilnius Centre.

Worst experience ever in the reception. We ordered a room for business. When we inquired about business room to upgrade the receptionist was very rude because we spoke in native language. Be careful before visiting and ordering this low reputation hotel for business clients. The incident happened on 02/05/2024 around 5 p. m.

We were on a roadtrip with a minivan full with family and friends. A bit difficult with the parking but we found a place next to the opera house. The locacion is excellent and walking distance around Old Town. Rooms very comfortable with both bath and shower separately. The lobby had a strange scent. We did not prefer to stay at the bar that looked small and had this smell throughout.

Hotel try to charge my card for double payment. I paid hotel to booking agency already. Hotel didn't understand. I report on offense on police. Don't go there or pay in cash. They try to hoax you. Otherwise hotel is good location, rooms and breakfast is ok.
