The hotel is beautiful, with amazing amenities. We spent most of our stay in the pool, hot tub and sauna, and booked a couples massage as well which was terrific.

Five-star recommended hotel. Newly renovated, very comfortable bedding. I had altitude sickness right after landing at the airport, and had to breathe oxygen at the airport. The hotel pick-up staff waited for me for a long time, helped me carry my backpack, helped me buy altitude sickness medicine at the pharmacy, and looked back from time to time on the way back to the hotel to check on my condition. When I arrived at the hotel, they helped me check in early for free, and provided oxygen for free. My bank card was swallowed when I was withdrawing cash from a nearby ATM. When I went to the bank to withdraw cash the next day, the front desk printed a small note in Spanish for me to explain the situation. It was so thoughtful. I will come again!

The hotel staff is kind and friendly, and the hotel is also clean and new. You can add the hotel's whatsapp to quickly and effectively assist with all questions!

We had a wonderful stay at the MET hotel. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Bolivia.

The hotel services were amazing and the staff were superb. Everisto went out of his way to assist us with suggestions on what to do and arranging it for us. We would highly recommend this place. The location was excellent and the food was also.

We stayed here for only one night but wish it could have been longer! Comfy beds, modern amenities, sleek design choices, and most importantly - excellent customer service. The location is convenient - especially if you’re looking to go out to El Bosque Boulevard.

What a beautiful hotel! It is brand new and feels like it. Our room is big, comfortable, clean and stylish. We loved hanging at the pool and hot tub. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. They contacted us via email to set up a taxi pick up from the airport. The staff also gifted us a cake to celebrate our honeymoon. Highly recommend!

What an incredible hotel! Belén and Marcia were incredible and made our experience here amazing. We celebrated my boyfriends birthday during our stay and they surprised us on our return from our meal with a cake and some tasty treats and a lovely personal message to wish him happy birthday. All the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, as well as very friendly. Thank you again for an incredible experience.

We so much enjoyed our stay at MET Hotel and have felt very welcome while staying there. The facilities are modern, cozy and very clean and all the staff are super kind and helpful. They ensured that we had everything we needed from the beginning until the end of our stay. I'd especially like to highlight the wonderful care of the assistant manager Marci who always kept an eye out for us and took care that we were catered according to our vegan diet. Not to forget their courtesy of an early-checkin and late-checkout. Another highlight was the pool and the jacuzzi. All in all we had a fantastic time and would come back any time.

We have never been treated so well at any hotel in the world. Everyone there is lovely, attentive, and polite! We loved the art and design of the hotel, the excellent breakfast, the great gym, and the perfect pool! We highly recommend it, 100%!!!
