WBFW (Fort Wayne's CW 19) is The CW television affiliate for Fort Wayne, Indiana, operated by Granite Broadcasting. The call letters are fictional, as it is not an FCC-licensed broadcast station. Rather, it is originally part of The WB 100+ Station Group, a group of non-broadcast local cable television outlets for markets below the top 100 media markets for The WB network. The station is carried on various cable systems throughout the Fort Wayne area, including Comcast on channel 19, and several Mediacom systems on channel 62.

On January 24, 2006, it was announced that The WB and UPN would merge into a new network called The CW starting in September 2006.

It was announced in March 2006 that WPTA's DT2 digital subchannel will affiliate with The CW. This means that, WBFW moved to WPTA's subchannel and the brand-only WBFW call letters, however, did not change to reflect affiliation with The CW. Granite Broadcasting remained in control of the affiliation throughout the transition.
