Are non-free content allowed?

Non-free content (text and files) are according to wmf:Resolution:Licensing_policy forbidden unless the wiki have an Exemption Doctrine Policy (EDP).
You can see an example at and if non-free content are allowed on your Wikibooks perhaps you can link your local EDP to d:Q4391089 (or d:Q4657739)?
If there is a formal policy saying that fair use is not allowed (like on meta m:Meta:Fair use) then it would still be relevant to update/check the list on m:Non-free content.
If your Wikibooks have non-free files but no EDP then you must either delete the files or create an EDP.
If your Wikibooks have decided to follow the non-free criteria on English Wikipedia or your local Wikipedia then you could perhaps at least have a local EDP saying something like "Non-free content are allowed per <link to where it was decided>. We follow the same criteria as English/Other Wikipedia. See the criterias here <link to relevant page>."
I noticed that many of the files in Berezi:UnusedFiles are in Kategoria:Euskal Curriculumaren dokumentuak. Files were originally uploaded as {{CC-NC-SA}} but someone changed it to {{GFDL}}. I see no proof that the files are licensed GFDL and NC is not allowed because it is not a free license.
So unless there is proof that files are licensed free then they should be deleted. Ping Lankide:Theklan and Lankide:Janfri as information.

Coming soon: A new sub-referencing feature – try it!

Now, a MediaWiki solution is coming: The new sub-referencing feature will work for wikitext and Visual Editor and will enhance the existing reference system. You can continue to use different ways of referencing, but you will probably encounter sub-references in articles written by other users. More information on the project page.

Deleting unused files / Erabiltzen ez diren fitxategiak ezabatzea
[aldatu]Hi! As written above in #Are non-free content allowed? many unused files were uploaded as {{CC-NC-SA}} but someone changed it to {{GFDL}}. I see no proof that the files are licensed GFDL and NC is not allowed because it is not a free license. So I suggest to delete all the files.
