The location is located at the center of Old San Juan. In front of Marmalade, one of the highly rated restaurants. Have 2 rooftops. Wish there are pools but its in old san juan so its hard to have that lol. but their rooftop is nice. Bar was not open tho. Maybe because it is off season. There is a 24 hour front desk which is good. Staffs are nice. I actually never had a complain.

The hotel is in the perfect location in Old San Juan. The rooms are clean and a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the city! Don’t miss the two roof terraces for some amazing views.

The hotel was wonderful and the location is the best. I walked to everything.

酒店在老城，旅遊去古堡等很方便。前台態度不錯。酒店很老，房間味道比較差，還有蟲子，衞生間簡陋，如果在意的話，不建議入住。

Nice location in the middle of Viejo San Juan. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities (rooftop/ hot tubs) were nice. We loved the view from the roof. The location is very walkable. The staff gave us good recommendations for dinner and drinks.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was right in the middle of everything in Old San Juan. Breakfast was a little expensive, but it was good. We would stay here again.

The hotel is in good location, for me just easy to walk to view around within the port, to Cathedral of San Juan Bautista (St. John Baptist), to the fort (Castillo) San Cristobal. The staff were nice, quiet area. Breakfast was good. Nice view from the 6th floor. - 1 thing we did not know that the price of hotel not included breakfast. The elevator is big enough, only running slowly.

Large room with small balcony. Nice rooftop terrace. Old building which they are to maintain well. Fairly newly remodeled shower. In heart of old town.

While ideally located this hotel is very dated. It’s more shabby then chic. Front desk was nice. Elevator is sloooow, and at times was even working. Staying here did the job but keep expectations low.

This is a very unique hotel and we loved it. Our room was very clean and it was located in a walkable area with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. It was also surprisingly quiet in our room even though we were in the middle of old San Juan.

Loved this little boutique hotel. Great location and so clean. The staff was wonderful and the space was unique in its feel and decor. Loved the ability to have breakfast downstairs and Estelle and Marisol were two lovely servers that took good care of me. So personable. I will be back!

Friendly staff, and because we arrived early (10:00 a.m.) we had to wait a few hours for our room. Check-in was at 4pm, but a room was ready by 2:30. We got it. Very clean and great room temperature. Comfortable beds.

Liked the area, but paid 20 dollars for parking besides the room and fees, i got a voucher from the hotel for the parking but they told me i still had to pay for the parking just for the night. The room is very small for 200 dollars plus parking.
