The Sixth Fleet was a Federation Alliance Fleet that participated in the Dominion War.
In early 2375, the Sixth Fleet was pulled from the Bolian front for redeployment. This was something of a concern to Weyoun while he was going over intelligence reports with Damar. (DS9: "Penumbra")
In the first draft script of DS9: "When It Rains...", Gowron notified Admiral Ross and Captain Sisko that he planned for the Sixth Fleet to engage the Dominion at Goralis III.
