When visiting Lhasa, I recommend Lagali Hotel, which is very good. We originally booked 2 days and stayed in other hotels for the next 2 days, but the hotel was so great that we stayed for 2 more days because we liked it so much. The hotel has a large and beautiful garden with a very ethnic style, green trees and red flowers. The hotel provides free ethnic costumes. It is really a must to take pictures in the garden. The hot pot in the hotel cafe is very good and authentic. The room is large and clean. We booked a three-bed room which is very spacious. It is important for children to live comfortably when they grow up. Finally and most importantly, the hotel service is very good. The waiters are all warm and friendly and responsive, especially Wang Jing and Yang Rong at the front desk and brother Tashi, the concierge. They gave us a lot of help and support. Thank you here🙏

The first five hours after arriving in Lhasa, there was no high fever. Thinking about it, the high fever was just like that. When the high fever came after five hours, it was very uncomfortable. Fortunately, the hotel had oxygen that saved my life, otherwise I would have had a headache at night and couldn't sleep at all. The sanitary service is top-notch and he folded our clothes for us. Such good service is worth a stay. It is recommended that the room's oxygen filling be communicated with the company and the frequency of oxygen replenishment be higher.

It was my first time to come to Tibet. I read a lot of reviews online and finally chose the Verona International Hotel, which had good reviews. It did not disappoint. I chose this hotel when I went to Tibet for the first time. The hotel is located at the entrance of Jokhang Temple, 10 minutes walk from Potala Palace, and in the Bakor Pedestrian Street. When I first entered the hotel and saw the lobby, I felt that this hotel is very good, with a good environment and characteristics. The greeting of the lady in the lobby was very polite and careful. I asked if it was my first time in Tibet, and reminded me of the precautions for my new arrival, which was very heartwarming. After checking in, I entered the room. The room was very bright, hygienic and clean, and the facilities were complete. Everything was equipped. The aerobic room was very comfortable, especially the manager Xiao Yuan. After knowing that my son had altitude sickness, he ran around to get us oxygen, find a way for us, and even sent us to the hospital. I was very touched. Next time I go to Tibet, it will definitely be my first choice.

Let me talk about the unsatisfactory things first. On the first day of check-in, I found that the bed sheets and quilt covers were dirty and had hair on them. On the second day, I put on a disposable four-piece set and didn't need to clean the bed covers. But they didn't even clean the sanitation. There was garbage on the floor and it was not cleaned up. However, from beginning to end, a young man with glasses had a good attitude and handled the problem in time, so I gave him four stars for service. There is really no other point worth choosing.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. It is affordable, has convenient transportation and parking, is very close to the Potala Palace Museum and Norbulingka, and has ok facilities. Only the night waiter at the front desk is a bit slow to respond. More training is recommended.
