• 無法詳細掌握外籍人士求職狀況：518熊班無法詳細掌握外籍人士在台灣的求職狀況，例如：工作證件是否有效、是否符合工作內容等，因此可能無法提供完善的服務。

• 保障勞資雙方權益：為保障勞資雙方的權益，518熊班希望媒合的職缺與求職者皆符合台灣法令規範，因此暫不開放外籍人士註冊使用。

• Inability to fully grasp the job-seeking status of foreign nationals：518 Job Bank cannot fully grasp the job-seeking status of foreign nationals in Taiwan. For example, whether their work permits are valid and whether they meet the job requirements. Therefore, it may not be able to provide complete services.

• Protecting the rights of both employers and employees：To protect the rights of both employers and employees, 518 Job Bank hopes that the vacancies and job seekers it matches all comply with Taiwan's legal regulations. Therefore, it is not currently open to foreign nationals to register and use its services.
