The lobby is spacious and comfortable. There are Buddha sculptures on the lobby and floors. The room is large and the decoration is poor. It is not as good as a domestic express hotel. The bathroom is flat, there is no bathtub, no shower curtain, and the bathroom cannot stand every time after taking a shower. In the free time, I stayed in the lobby, the room could not stay for a long time, in the residential area, a little far from the commercial area. Hotel buffets, room deliveries, and hotel cars are all too expensive, four times more expensive than normal. The lobby was pleasantly surprised, it was extremely disappointing to enter the room, I can't live with the price. The hotel with the fewest renovation facilities in India. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Minerva Grand, though lacking somewhere in infrastructure makes it up with its impeccable service, helpful staff and great location. The Good : Its well worth the money for the premium location and the sophisticated service at the price point. The staff were really well behaved and super helpful which made the stay super easy. Good breakfast spread. The Bad : The corridors had a pungent smell which made a bad impression on us. Overall, a wonderfull stay. I highly recommend this hotel for business travellers. Great location and Wonderful service.

Visited Hyderabad for a exhibition and for the stay booked this hotel. Nice clean hotel and very friendly staff. Owner uncle was very nice with really helping nature. For some reason I had to minimise my two days stay to single. Requested on their helpline number. One Shivanjali madam helped me out of the way and did the needful. On a business trip to Hyderabad, to be honest, this is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are modern and the rooms are clean. They are almost the same as domestic star hotels. It is not an old hotel. It is great. I will often stay at this hotel in the future. It is also important that the hotel buffet dinner is 499 rupees. It is delicious. The spicy chicken is quite suitable for my Chinese stomach. Until now, the Indian food in this hotel is acceptable, and everyone is highly recommended.
