Create app is broken
Trying to create webapp in https://developer.yahoo.com/apps/create/ once all the info is provided and clicking on the create app button is redirected back to my app home page and the app is not created.

I don't like the New Yahoo look make old one always available. I don't like the setup its confusing.
Leave option to go back to original Yahoo look if a person likes the setup better. Don't force to change something that to me works already

Increase size of CAPTCHA to scale with higher monitor resolutions
I was having troubles using CAPTCHA to log into my account because the images were so tiny. It was difficult to determine the objects in many images, resulting in me failing to log in many times. I eventually got in, but it would have been much easier if the CAPTCHA images were slightly larger.

Get rid of advertisement banner at top of of page it comes up on reading page and floats down article to get in way of reading
Advertisement banner at top of page won’t go away and if you go to read an article the banner goes down the page and interferes with read.

Listing old public leagues for API use
The yahoo fantasy API (at least through the yfpy wrapper) requires a valid league ID for all queries, even ones that have nothing to do with a specific league. E.g I am trying to pull data on which NBA players were eligible for which positions from past seasons, and that requires a league ID from each of them. Obviously I don’t have that. Do you know if there is any workaround, or just a list of public leagues we can use for this purpose? Thanks!

Why is it you just released almost exactly the same page as you did several months back, that everyone protested, only this release is significantly more buggy and malfunctioning than the last one? The layout is ugly, unfriendly to those with disabilities, busy, clunky. This is the kind of site I would have made in junior high, experimenting with any and all features in a confusing mess, not a sleekly designed professional product. For developper that is a suggestion
Hi. I didn't like Yahoo's new e-mail model. Very small letters. Worse, the reading space of reception is very, VERY strict, them, the reading space is super narrow. We prefer LARGE spaces for reading, and not as looking behind a cage. The old version was better, and open new page to red the message text. For developper that is a suggestion. Thank you.

Responses to emails should be recorded at the time the response comes in not just added to the original email.
By not recording the response to emails at the time a response comes in (moving the email to the response time slot), it makes it very difficult to track whether or not you've received a response to an email; especially if you get a lot of emails. I even have emails in my outbox where the response was added without even putting the response in my inbox, which I would never have seen without checking my outbox. What kind of sense does that make?
