Description
English: An old patient with Vascular disease due to Diabetes mellitus . Necrosis in toe tip due to ischemia.The leg is edematous and skin scaling is evident . Hair loss is because of ischemia . Possible case of myiasis , but no information after transferring him to hospital .
فارسی: بيمار مسني كه مبتلا به ديابت بود و با زخم پاي ديابتي مراجعه كرده بود . سياهي نوك شصت پا بخاطر گرفتگي عروقي است و كل پا هم ورم دارد . هيچ مويي روي انگشتان ديده نمي شود كه بخاطر عدم خونرساني است . امكان آلودگي با تخم حشرات ( مياز ) وجود دارد اما پس از اعزام به اورژانس خبري از تشخيص و سرنوشت بيمار ندارم .
