John Scott Lennox Gilmour FLS (28 Sept. 1906 – 3 June 1986) was a British botanist, director of Cambridge University Botanic Garden 1951–1973 and Fellow of Clare College, Cambridge.[1][2]

The standard author abbreviation Gilmour is used to indicate this person as the author when citing a botanical name.[3]
