I have read it but it says "Administrators are accorded discretion to grant the right even where the 90-day threshold is not fully met" and since I'm nearing the threshold and I've been working on NPP for some time, could you take a second look? » Z0 | talk 07:53, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
