Hum buzz but from Din port

[edit]

The plastic that the Torx screws go into to hold the subwoofer together now in 2023 is breaking apart when trying to remove the screws. since it destroys the female approx. 1-2 inch long screw threaded plastic there is not a way to put the screws back in. I have a Hum or feedback loop but it is not coming from the output to the speakers. I have tried plugging the power into the same port as the computer. I have tried separating it as well. I have tried adding a ground feedback loop isolator into the input, but because there is not a DIN loop isolator it was suggested that there may be a lose solder connection, so I took the sub apart, but cannot put it together since the long plastic nut is now destroyed on 6 places which hold the top of the cabinet for the subwoofer on. I wish that Phillips would publish the specs of the not produced plastic so we could 3D print it. Does anyone know if the specs are available somewhere?
