នៅថ្ងៃទី ៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ នៅម៉ោងប្រហែល ១១២៤​ ICT (UTC+7) លោកបញ្ញា ខាំរ៉ាប អ្នកវាយប្រហារ បានបើករថយន្តភីកអាប់ពណ៌ស ចេញពីផ្ទះរបស់គាត់[៥] គាត់បានមកដល់កន្លែងបណ្តុះកូននៅម៉ោង ១២:៥០ ដែលជាកន្លែងដែលការវាយប្រហារបានចាប់ផ្តើមភ្លាមៗបន្ទាប់ពីអាហារថ្ងៃត្រង់[៦]
