Motley collection of images coming from internet wrongly tagged with CC BY SA licenses, some may be in Public Domain for various reason, however none have the relevant information for why they could be in Public Domain. Some are obvioulsly recent images uploaded here witouht permissions.

It appears that the "Great Chang Banner" (File:Pre-Qing Ancient Imperial Chinese Banner.webp) is historically "accurate" as a religious symbol, information about it should be kept as it is important, but this detail of it was a religious symbol should be stressed about more, it was not a national flag rather it was a Chinese equivalent of European Category:Crosses in heraldry:

it appears according to Chinese trademark law that religious symbols, especially local practices, can not be trademarked therefore "Great Chang Banner" should be under public domain, at least the idea of it. Misattribution of religious symbols have no legal approvement. The webp file itself however appears to be the work of the author so the author can attribute CC-NY to image itself but the name and information itself is in public domain, my vote is still keep in this regard:
