PIST is a PDZ domain-containing Golgi protein. PDZ domains contain approximately 90 amino acids and bind the extreme C terminus of proteins in a sequence-specific manner.[supplied by OMIM][7]

Interactions

edit

GOPC has been shown to interact with GRID2,[8] BECN1,[8] RHOQ,[5] ACCN3,[9] Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator[10][11] and CSPG5.[12]
