umm... isnt this the same as Bloc voting exept that 1 is much better (unsigned comment by User:Drrake on 23 Jan 2007)
One is about voting systems (rules for counting votes), the other is about how voters decide who to vote for. There probably should be more links between the two kinds of voting articles, but I doubt it would be a good idea to merge them. Kingdon12:32, 22 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
