editMisleading text: The collaboration (and review) departments are open.
Actually it is "inactive and is retained for historical reference" only = dead.
Frustration and waste of time could be avoided by deleting this item from the WPAVIATION Announcements page.
The same applies to Talk:Boeing KC-97 Stratotanker - and probably many more:
