To request conflict of interest edit on Barclays Africa Group

[edit]

Hi, next time you want to request an edit due to your COI please use the template {{request edit}}. If you don't, your edit will not be done or seen to by someone who can make the edit! Visit WP:EDITREQ for more info. Waddie96 (talk) 13:14, 6 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Nicola Mawson: Hi there, as I mentioned above please append the code {{request edit}} to the start of your edit request when requesting an edit on a Talk page. I've done so at the request you made at Talk:ABSA. {{u|waddie96}} {talk} 10:58, 16 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, apologies - knew there was something I forgot. Thanks so much! Nicola Mawson (talk) 11:01, 16 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Nicola Mawson, What is the legal status of the current names (Absa Banks) of the renamed Barclays Banks of Seychelles, Botwana, Mauritius etc? Is there any documentation available that can prove that the old names are defunct and the new names are legally effective? Cheers, · · · Peter Southwood (talk): 13:42, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Peter

Thank you so much!

There hasn't been anything really published by media. All the name changes are done at company/registration office.

There are articles on Kenya re the ticker change[1]

The best source is annual results [2] pg 110, right at the bottom. These results precede the renaming/branding though.

Does this help?
