NAME

Numbers that are products of 4 primes (these numbers are sometimes called "4-almost primes", a generalization of semiprimes).

COMMENTS

Also called "quadruprimes". Divisible by exactly 4 prime powers (not including 1).

Maybe "4-composite numbers" would be a more suitable name? - M. F. Hasler, Nov 13 2021

M. F. Hasler: Yes, that's the Conway paper i referred to. Where they say they invent this terminology. Which isn't used in any other published paper, afaics.
